We accept returns of products within 14 days from the delivery of your package. Certain campaigns can have other conditions.
The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received them, with dust bag and with original tags attached. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in the original packaging.
Please note that return attempts with any condition that would prevent the products from being sold as new, will not be accepted, and items will be shipped back to the customer, at customer’s own expense.
- HOW TO RETURN
Please send a return request to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the delivery of your package. In the email, you should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost of your order will not be refundable. Refunds will be issued excluding the shipping cost.
The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns.
Refunds will be issued excluding the shipping cost.
Hola Darling will not be responsible for any returns which are lost and/or damaged during return and will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. We advise the use of a trackable shipping method and that you keep the tracking ID of the return shipment until the return has been registered.
Once we have received the returned products, we will evaluate their condition and process the return. You will receive a confirmation return email and we will refund the price of the products returned within 14 days. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, refunds can take several business days to reflect on your account. Shipping value paid for your order is not refundable.
Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund. Surprise sale and select promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- DAMAGED ITEMS
We make a quality check of all our products prior to dispatch, but if you think you received a damaged product and are not 100% happy, we are happy to help. Please contact customer care immediately at email@example.com and include your order number and a photo of the damage of the unused product.
- DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING SHIPPING
If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and notify us immediately.
We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your products, please return the products for a refund, and then place your new order for the other color or item you wish to receive.
