All Hola Darling items are made of high quality leather, tanned in traditional methods in order to maintain its natural beauty and soft feel. Please keep your product away from prolonged intense sunlight, heat and humidity.

To prevent the leather from developing marks, avoid rubbing your item against rough, sharp or abrasive surfaces to minimize scratching and always take care to store the item in its dust bag. For lighter colors, we also recommend avoiding exposure to dark denim or other dark fabrics with loose dye, as the leather could be subject to color transfer.

If your item gets dirty, we recommend gently cleaning the surface with a clean damp cloth or treating the leather with a leather conditioner. Our products are made of high quality leather and will stain under high water exposure, becoming damaged. If this happen, you should wipe immediately with a natural cloth.

Hola Darling has searched and selected the best craftsmen in order to produce high quality leather products. And your satisfaction is our main purpose. We warrant products to be free of defects in craftsmanship or material for a period of two years from the date of purchase on the Site. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser only, and it only covers defects in craftsmanship or materials.

The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear of the product, damages due to dye transference, accidents or careless use of the item, nor in the event of the customer personally processed, repaired or modified the supplied product, or if the customer let a third party process, repair or modify the supplied product. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty.

Please note that our leather products are handmade and often have the characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. This means that variations in grain, texture and colors are not considered defects or lack of conformity. Over time, the leather can acquire a patina and and also darker tones due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your leather item.
